What responsibilities will you have?

• Analyze Stoic Money content, mostly on Instagram, recognizing trends and viral patterns
• Work closely with our Founder Vittorio Rigato to create content and develop together new social media strategies
• Handle Stoic Money calendar for organic and paid content
• Manage the Editors of the team

• In-person Content Creation training with Vittorio Rigato. You'll become our Founder’s shadow for one month and master the secrets of Content Creation. All major companies are shifting towards content, and you'll have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn all the skills needed for this role from a proven Content Creator with hundreds of millions of views.
• Access to Your First Million Dollars Coaching Program to learn everything you need to know about the stock market. You'll be able to fully experience our 1:1 Investing Coaching Program, which we normally sell for several thousands of dollars

• Base salary and uncapped performance bonus: this is a meritocratic role, where the more you commit, the more you get. After the initial training period, you'll get a revenue share of all the sales that will be generated from your activities. Based on current sales volume, your salary will start from €2,000 / month.

What ESSENTIAL characteristics are we looking for?

• Obsessive Tenacity. You are able to spend even one hour to analyze a single piece of viral content on Instagram to understand the secrets behind its success
• Extreme curiosity towards social media trends and desire to experiment with new strategies and ideas
• Data-driven mindset. You work well with numbers and are able to figure out the best course of action for our organic and paid content strategies
• Strong Time management skills. You are able to plan an effective Content Calendar, manage unexpected obstacles and proactively push editors to meet deadlines and stay on track
• Humility, zero ego, and openness to feedback at any time
• Proximity to the workplace (San Donà di Piave, 30027). You'll be working closely with our Founder and must be available to meet in person, especially during the onboarding period

What OPTIONAL characteristics are we looking for?

• Great English level (C1-C2). We publish content internationally, and knowledge of the English language is essential
• You love the stock market and finance world. As this is the niche in which we operate, having already a baseline financial knowledge will help you
