As the Executive Assistant to our Founder, Vittorio Rigato, you will enhance productivity by managing meetings, setting up automations, and prioritizing tasks effectively.

In addition, you’ll ensure we maintain a high standard of quality with our customers by overseeing interactions, handling client queries, and ensuring everything runs smoothly to build strong, lasting relationships.

Stoic Money teaches employees and entrepreneurs how to manage their personal finances and invest independently.

We have a deep passion for finance and a strong desire to help people become more mindful of their investments and achieve financial peace of mind in a realistic and conscious way.

Stoic Money was founded in 2021, and since then, we have operated in over 25 countries with training programs characterized by strong 1:1 support.

What responsibilities will you have?

• Manage Vittorio's calendar, question task priorities, and find ways to optimize time and processes.
• Complete various ad hoc tasks like editing images, uploading materials, rescheduling calls, and creating automations.
• Ensure smooth customer interactions by handling queries, granting products, monitoring coaches' chats, and reviewing community posts.

• Strong time management skills to effectively organize tasks, manage the Founder’s calendar, and adjust priorities as needed.
• Flexibility and empathy to understand and adapt to the business' needs, quickly adjusting mindset and approach as needed to ensure optimal efficiency and support.
• Humility, zero ego, and openness to feedback at any time.
• Commitment and proactiveness to handle challenges with enthusiasm, always ready to go the extra mile and put in extra effort when needed.
• Positivity and confidence to provide constructive feedback and suggest ways to support the Founder in improving and shaping his leadership skills.
• Tech-savviness with the ability to use tools like Zapier, Slack, and Google Drive to improve workflows and solve problems.
• Fluency in English at a C1-C2 level, ensuring clear and effective communication in all business interactions.

What OPTIONAL characteristics are we looking for?

• Excellent Italian proficiency (C1-C2). Working closely with our Founder, speaking Italian can make communication smoother and more effective.
• Passion for the stock market and finance. As this is our niche, having baseline financial knowledge will give you an edge. 

• Proximity to the workplace (San Donà di Piave, 30027). Being available to meet in person when needed is preferred to facilitate collaboration.
