What responsibilities will you have?

• Qualification of potential clients from our online and offline acquisition channels
• Conducting 1:1 sales calls on Zoom for our training packages

• Excellent English level (C1-C2). We operate internationally, and knowledge of the English language is essential

What OPTIONAL characteristics are we looking for?

• You love the stock market and finance world
• Excellent Italian level (C1-C2). We are expanding in Italy and need bi-lingual team members
• Proximity to the workplace (San Donà di Piave, 30027). Although the work is mainly done remotely, we prefer the team to be close to the headquarters to easily meet in person

What's the Risk-Free Onboarding process?

It's a way for you and the company to test your fit with the Junior Sales position with no risks. After you pass the selection process, this is how your first months will look like:

• Month 1: Role-specific training part-time. If you already have a job, you are not required to immediately quit and have one month to better understand the role at Stoic Money.
• Month 2-3: After the first month of training, you'll start handling your first sales calls and will be required to transition full-time to Stoic Money. However, even though all Sales positions at Stoic Money are performance-based, during the first months, in the case your commissions are less than €1,500 per month, you will still be guaranteed a minimum salary of €1,500 per month. This will help you commit to your role fully without facing financial constraints.
• From Month 4: Transition to a performance-based structure like all our Sales Team members (average salary: €5,000 per month gross, which is €3,500 per month net).
