As a matter of fact, after leaving the NHS (National Health Service) to work fully in the private sector, Adeel faced a new challenge:

His pension contributions stopped.

For NHS employees, the pension scheme is one of the key benefits, because it provides a steady source of income during retirement.

However, when Adeel moved to private practice, he was no longer part of this system, meaning his pension would not grow further.
